From Power Electronics to EV Charging Leadership

Founded in the heart of Shenzhen's Bao'an district — the global epicenter of electronics manufacturing — EMS-EVCHARGER emerged from a team of power electronics engineers who saw the EV transition coming a decade early.

What began as an AC-DC power module contract manufacturing line has evolved into a full-spectrum EV charger OEM/ODM platform. Our Bao'an headquarters houses R&D, SMT lines, and final assembly. Our Dongguan facility handles high-volume production with dedicated lines for AC wallboxes, DC fast chargers, and charging modules.

We ship to 100+ countries across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Every unit is purpose-engineered for its target market — from OZEV-compliant UK wallboxes to UL 2594 certified units for the US market.

From incoming component inspection to 72-hour burn-in on every DC charger. Third-party certified for global standards.

Incoming IQC

100% incoming inspection on critical components: IGBT modules, contactors, relays, MCUs, current sensors. AQL sampling on standard parts. Supplier qualification database with 200+ approved vendors.

SMT AOI

Automated optical inspection after every SMT line. X-ray inspection for BGA/QFN packages. Flying probe ICT for all controller boards before firmware flashing.

HI-POT / Ground Bond

Dielectric withstand testing at 2kV+ for AC chargers, 3kV+ for DC chargers. Ground bond verification <100mOhm. Insulation resistance >10MOhm at 1000VDC.

Thermal Chamber

Full temperature cycling from -40°C to +85°C. Thermal imaging to identify hot spots. Component derating verification against worst-case thermal scenarios.

EMC Pre-Compliance

Conducted and radiated emissions pre-scan per CISPR 32/EN 55032. Harmonic current emissions per IEC 61000-3-2. Immunity testing per IEC 61000-4 series.

72hr Burn-In

Every DC fast charger undergoes 72-hour continuous full-load burn-in with thermal cycling. Monitored via CAN bus data logging. Zero-defect gate before packaging.
